MICA commissioned for Fitzrovia feasibility studies

MICA has been commissioned to undertake feasibility studies for a central London site near Goodge Street Station.

The feasibility studies will explore the potential of the urban site located on Tottenham Court Road, currently occupied by an unused one-storey nursery, which will be re-housed within the new proposals. Development will also add affordable housing, retail outlets and a new public square.

The exciting redevelopment opportunity is situated in Fitzrovia, an area which has been undergoing a significant transformation over recent years.
