MICA exhibit at MIPIMUK 2017

MIPIM UK 2017 drew to a close on Thursday 19th October after two busy days in Olympia Exhibition Centre, having brought together local authorities, developers, and industry professionals to the showcase their expertise across the UK. MICA seized the opportunity to exhibit and announce the launch of the new practice to the industry.

MICA’s exhibition stand presented a range of high profile projects across various scales: Cities, Streets, Buildings, Paths, Spaces. The stand also incorporated physical models of our work at Fair Field Masterplan for London Borough of Croydon, Centre Point Redevelopment for Almacantar and London Borough of Camden and Guy’s and St Thomas Campus Redevelopment for Kings College London.

We also designed a bespoke large format abstracted London map based on the Abercrombie plan, which highlighted our experience working with TfL on strategic regeneration projects and different land uses across the city to prompt discussions on opportunities for growth.

Gavin Miller, director at MICA commented: “We were delighted to exhibit at MIPIMUK this year, the event was an outstanding success. Over two days we had some really interesting and relevant discussions with a range of people representing different regeneration opportunities in London and across the UK.”
