MICA makes the Peabody Framework shortlist

MICA is delighted to have made the shortlist of Architects who have been selected to work with Peabody to deliver a number of high quality, sustainable homes. We offer new qualities and broad expertise to the Peabody programme and our team are open and flexible and relish the insight and expertise of the Peabody team.

Throughout the life of the framework, we will align ourselves with Peabody to help deliver the vision, targets, and optimal benefits for the community they serve.

The social housing provider plans to build 6,000 affordable homes between now and 2022, many at the 11,500 home Thamesmead Waterfront development in south-east London.
