Northgate development for Jesus College starts on site

MICA’s Northgate development for Jesus College has commenced on site.

The careful and surgical demolition work of the existing building has begun behind bespoke hoardings designed by MICA and Apropos on Cornmarket and Market Street. Construction of the 100,000sq.ft mixed use building will commence in Autumn 2019 with completion due in 2021. The development provides three levels of retail accommodation together with a digital forum, teaching space, graduate accommodation and extensive landscaping to bed the new building into the city centre site, including a new Market Street.
